1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, services, or equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Bookings & Quotations
- All bookings made through our platform are considered requests. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a final Quotation and you accept it.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion, particularly if the property condition poses a safety risk to our operators.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Equipment Rental Specific Terms
When renting equipment from AH Maintenance, the following strict terms apply:
- Verification: You must provide a valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to reject any application that fails our AI verification or manual review.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be held against potential damage, theft, or late return fees.
- Damage & Liability: You assume full responsibility for the equipment from the time of handover until it is returned. You will be liable for the full replacement cost if the equipment is stolen, lost, or destroyed.
- Usage: Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose by competent individuals. You are responsible for providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
4. Payments and Refunds
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Security deposits will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition. We do not offer refunds for early return of rental equipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AH Maintenance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services or equipment.
